She was great very nice and welcoming and tried so hard to get the baby to move to see the gender. Very pleased with them will be going back thru out my pregnancy. Explained things to as she went on love it. Ahe also went over my package I choose cause I'm only 14 weeks and if I just wanted the gender than I should do the lower price one instead of the 4d one cause my baby is still in a alien shape still.
