Following the observation of wet drywall on my east-facing wall following a rainstorm, I called F5 Roofing & Gutters for a roof inspection. The phone call was answered promptly and the representative immediately scheduled the roof inspection. Roof replacement was scheduled and completed accordingto an agreed-upon schedule. Excellent customer service and installation from the F5 team! Thank You!

Updated to a 3 star review from 1 star because with both issues I had, the owner Mike, reached out personally to try to make it right, which I appreciate. The sales rep I dealt with both times seems to have been the main source of the issues I experienced with F5 and has now been let go so hopefully no one else experiences the headache and frustration I did. Like so many others I got hail damage back in May and thought F5 would be a honest and reliable local roofer but it was nothing but frustration and run around for 2 months before I had to just go find another roofing company that would actually give me a roof. My insurance approved a full roof replacement right away. F5 said to send over the itemized break down from insurance so they could make sure everything was covered and send insurance any supplemental items that needed to be added and get me scheduled right away. The whole process was thorough and efficient. We added gutters that were not included in the building process for 2 sides of the house. The installation was fast and unobtrusive. They look like they’ve always been there. Communication was great, Dustin went above & beyond for us. The customer service exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to use them again.
