My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received. Our roof looks wonderful and the crew who did it was great. And the ckean up was good.From the start to the finish Taylor and Matt and Kyle were very professional and nice to work with us.
We had some shingles fall off with the wind. I called F5 and immediately they answered and were at my house the same day. They looked at the problem and went back to their store and started picking out shingles that would match perfect. They brought out shingles and started replacing them and then they didn’t like how they looked. They took those down and tried again the next day. F5 Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. The team was professional, communicated clearly, and completed the work on time. The quality of the roof and gutters look great, and they made the whole process easy. Highly recommend them for anyone needing roofing work and or new gutters!
If you have F5 doing a roof replacement and you have progressive as your insurance provider. F5 will go to war for you to get you what is deserved. My home was struck by lightning in mid 2025. Now March 2026 I have a new roof that insurance tried to snake out of. Taylor with F5 was professional and personable.
