We moved from Midtown Toronto to Woodbridge a year ago. I was paying for a gym membership but was never going. I started doing trial classes at local facilities in the area, but nothing compared to F45 Woodbridge. I started here in June and am hooked! I’ve been going to F45 Woodbridge since January, and I can honestly say this is one of the best F45 studios I’ve experienced—not just in Canada, but anywhere. What really sets this location apart is the level of care, investment, and attention to detail. They have a sauna and a dedicated recovery room with compression boots and a stretching machine, and the best part is that these amenities are completely free for members. F45 Woodbridge has been an amazing experience so far. Their staff is extremely friendly, encouraging and welcoming. They pay extra attention to form so you’re always maximizing your workouts and push you to go harder when you need it! Their team goes above and beyond, from towel service to free water bottles at every workout and a plethora of amenities at this location. I’m excited to keep it up with F45 and this amazing community!
