The workouts are fun and the coaches are great!
I was always curious to try an F45 and when this location opened up I was excited to try it out. The week is varied with resistance, cardio and hybrid classes that targets various muscle groups. Each day and each week feels different, but you definitely see results! My favourites are the resistance and hybrid classes.
