This has been such a wonderful experience. The staff is welcoming and helpful. After my 1st week I am feeling stronger and motivated. I love they have challenges to help motivate me to continue coming often. I highly recommend giving them a 5 day trial to see how it works.

I have attended f45 classes in the past in other locations, but wasnt completely blown away by the energy of the classes or the knowledge of the staff: Westlake Villages f45 is different! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the clients are friendly, the classes are incredible and the energy is high and stays that way and then? Its over!! Loving this gym so much!
I had my first workout at F45 Westlake Village today and have to say it was great. Raul made sure I got a rundown of the gym and how the workouts flow. The trainers were extremely helpful in ensuring my form was correct in every movement. The facility is very clean with three full size bathrooms with walk in showers for the days you are on the run to the office after a workout. I highly recommend this location, I've never met a friendlier motivating training crew. Check it out if you're ever in the area!
I have just begun my F45 journey, but I already love it and I’m so excited about my fitness future there. I have been to a lot of gyms and F45 offers something totally unique. The enthusiastic and supportive trainers, fun and friendly community, and fast paced killer workouts make the time fly by and I always leave super happy and completely spent.
