Been to a bunch of a F45 locations, but this studio beats them all! The space, hospitality, and coaches really make this experience 1 of 1. Parking is simple, facilities are clean and equipment is always organized. The entire studio has investment in your progress and are always willing to be flexible to promote a state of consistency. Big shoutout to Jasmine, D, Al, Conor, TJ, Storm, Laura and all the other coaches who have become cornerstones to this community and many fitness stories. I'm writing this review after only been gone to two classes now. For me, I get intimidated by group classes because I feel like everyone is too intense and I think I'm the least athletic person. But this was not the case at this location. All the coaches I've met have been so so supportive and encouraging. They know when to push you when you got more in you, but also listen to you if you're feeling its too much. Al, Storm, Lydia, and Jasmin are so so kind and I can't wait to go back!! JUST SIGN UP.
As a previous coach at this location and now Member. I can tell you this is the best F45 in all of the west side of LA. From the coaches to the ownership to the community. Nothing else beats it.
This gym will get u in shape fast! And it's fun!
