At first, I thought F45 would be a little too “hard core” for the type of strength training I was looking for when I moved to the Knoxville area. But it has been great! The circuits vary each day and I can get a solid whole-body workout in 45 minutes. Chip and the other trainers are exceptional at modeling the exercises and providing modifications when needed - which is important if you are recovering from an injury or realizing that as you get older, your body may not move like it used to!
I cannot recommend F45 enough! I’ve never been to a gym that’s more welcoming, encouraging and just fun. Jason has been the best, most interactive trainer I’ve had yet. He keeps everyone engaged while making sure we are doing the workouts as safely and effectively as possible.
It is convenient to my office and I love the way they train. It is amazing and I recommend them to everyone I work with and speak to about their health and fitness journey.
Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst and unprofessional experiences for me. I gave F45 a try when I wanted to mix up my workout routine. However, the drive was a bit long so I decided to cancel my membership. It took one whole week to finally get ahold of someone on the phone. When I did, they couldn’t help me and would “call me back” after again SEVERAL days I finally got a text saying “my membership had been canceled” Now here in November my card has been charged again.
