This is a great gym. It's clean, has a friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating staff. You can get a challenging workout in a short amount of time, without the hassle of figuring out your routine or planning yourself. Full body fitness, I highly recommend it to anyone whether they are starting their fitness journey, or are looking for a next level fitness routine!
A great experience. It’s a vigorous workout (for me) but the trainers are there to help including with modifications as needed. Ludy is especially great—fantastic help, patient, motivating and encouraging. Really appreciate here and make a point of signing up for her classes.
