Visiting this studio for a couple weeks and I have to say it has been the one of the best studios I have ever visited and I have done drops in Coast to Coast. I would love to say this is my home Studio, great push from coaches from Becky to Cortny. Excited to get back for another week.
Becky was a great coach. I travel for work and hit F45s across the country and this was the most engaging class I’ve had in awhile. A++
Courtny was so welcoming and helpful! As an out of towner, I used my passport passes to attend the morning classes. She ensured I had enough for my stay and even offered more if I needed them. Thank you!!!!
UPDATE 10/21/25: I’ve now been a member for almost a year and half and I attend 4-5 days a week. I LOVE it here! I’ve even become a fan of strength training since becoming a member. I never imagined that I could find such a friendly, supportive community at a chain. Give it a try—7 days for $7. ************************** I can always count on a great workout, infectious energy all around, and a fun playlist that keeps me moving. I’ve been a member for a little over 6 months and my strength has already noticeably increased.
These guys will not leave me alone. They have continuously texted me and harassed me for signing up for their scam of a business even though I’M NOT INTERESTED. Oh, and being rude in your texts is no way to pull customers.
