I’ve been working out at F45 for almost a year now and have truly enjoyed each workout. Cortney White owner of F45 welcomes everyone and makes you feel like family. Cortney is extremely knowledgeable in training, diet, and assisting you to help meet your goals. She is always friendly, welcoming, and knows how to motivate everyone in a fun environment. Visiting this studio for a couple weeks and I have to say it has been the one of the best studios I have ever visited and I have done drops in Coast to Coast. I would love to say this is my home Studio, great push from coaches from Becky to Cortny. Excited to get back for another week.
Becky was a great coach. I travel for work and hit F45s across the country and this was the most engaging class I’ve had in awhile. A++
Courtny was so welcoming and helpful! As an out of towner, I used my passport passes to attend the morning classes. She ensured I had enough for my stay and even offered more if I needed them. Thank you!!!!
