As a former F45 studio owner, I’ve seen a lot of facilities and coaching standards, and F45 Sumter genuinely impressed me. The studio was exceptionally clean compared to many gyms I’ve trained at, the equipment felt new and very well maintained, and the shower/changeroom amenities were excellent. There’s also heaps of free parking around the studio and booking through the F45 app was simple.
