Always great and challenging work out. The instructors are encouraging and go over the work outs with specific pointers; such as which muscles should be targeted, posture/stance, preferred weight challenges for cardio vs resistance work outs.
BUYER BEWARE! One star for SHADY business practices. I have been a member at this location for 2 years and have nothing bad to say about the facility or coaches, but cancelling my membership was HARDER than LEAVING A CULT. I am a military spouse and we recently relocated to Baltimore from Fort Meade. Life in the military is often unpredictable, but I managed to call 3 days before my membership auto-renewed.
