I’ve always loved F45—great workouts, amazing coaches, clean facility, and an energy that kept me motivated. Unfortunately, due to medical issues, I had to stop training and requested to terminate my membership. I was told to fill out a form, but I couldn’t access it online, so I had a friend pick it up. Even after submitting the form online, I was told I still needed to come in physically to sign a termination form. The staff can be friendly at times, but unless you’re part of the trainers’/owners’ clique, you’re pretty much left on your own. Many of the coaches seem more focused on chatting or joking around than actually coaching or helping members who need guidance.
