I've been going to the Seven Oaks F45 gym for close to a year now. I absolutely love the environment here. The staff are friendly and professional, but, more importantly, they foster a supportive and fun community. I recently signed up for my first Hyrox event (Anaheim Dec 2026) and am looking forward to getting my training done--they have Hyrox specific classes available.
I’ve always loved F45—great workouts, amazing coaches, clean facility, and an energy that kept me motivated. Unfortunately, due to medical issues, I had to stop training and requested to terminate my membership. I was told to fill out a form, but I couldn’t access it online, so I had a friend pick it up. Even after submitting the form online, I was told I still needed to come in physically to sign a termination form.
