F45 is life changing, and if anyone isn't sure about stepping in the door (I know I was terrified), DO IT. you won't regret it, and you'll never look back. I've been an F45-er for 4 years, across multiple states. Whether I'm going 6 days a week or once every few weeks because life happens, F45 and the coaches are always there to welcome me with open arms and 10+ hype and energy. Its been my constant no matter what is going on, and every time I walk in the door it feels like I am home.
