Members beware: I had a deeply disturbing experience at this F45 location. A coach who knew both me and my partner crossed professional boundaries, IMHO, by sexually pursuing my partner outside the gym. When I reported this to the owner, they provided no meaningful resolution. This response made me feel emotionally distressed, unsupported, and forced to end my membership. Love this place!! I am here 6 days out of the week and I love it! I look forward to going every single morning. So happy I found this gem of a fitness studio. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!
Gorgeous brand new facility! Convenient location with safe and well-lit parking. Spotlessly clean and positive atmosphere. Missti is the head person there and very well-known and respected in the Eastside fitness community. Her positive energy is contagious and I would enthusiastically encourage anyone to try it out!
