Gorgeous brand new facility! Convenient location with safe and well-lit parking. Spotlessly clean and positive atmosphere. Missti is the head person there and very well-known and respected in the Eastside fitness community. Her positive energy is contagious and I would enthusiastically encourage anyone to try it out!
I've been coming here for over a year, and this is definitely the most for I've ever been. I played high school sports, stayed active during college, and never got into bad habits, just never made it a priority. The class structure here has really helped me get back into shape and make my health a priority! Since coming to F45 it's literally been life changing! I love the community here and I've never enjoyed going to a gym so much in my life.
