Great staff also very helpful. If you’re thinking of joining , there is nothing intimidating about going on a regular basis. Start slow and watch how fast you’ll get stronger and faster , quickly! Shout out to Marco for steering us in the right direction

I have just started going to F45 and I have really been enjoying the studio so far. The workouts are challenging, efficient, and the variety is great . All the coaches and staff at the Peterborough location are so knowledgeable, welcoming and encouraging.
