I love F45 PTBO Central. Their classes are quick and focused. The space is clean and there are showers available for members to use. with shampoo, towels, and deodorant! All the trainers are knowledgable and very helpful. This is a place for people of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.

I just started at f45 and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The workouts combined with the amazing staff can’t be beat in Peterborough! I’m looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here & excited to reach my goals at f45! I wanted to add to my review, over a year later. I still feel the same way, if not even more impressed and obsessed with F45 ptbo. The best gym & staff there is. F45 Family!!
An awesome way to get a workout in FAST! Everything is set up and ready to go! PTBO is also one of the cleanest f45 studios I’ve been to. Members clean stations throughout classes and the studio is cleaned daily!
F45 Peterborough is hands down one of the best fitness communities I’ve been a part of.
