Since the new owner(Ryan and Emily) took over, the whole vibe of the gym has completely transformed. It’s now such a warm, welcoming space, and always spotlessly clean. I’ve been training at F45 Point Cook for almost 2 and a half months now and low key obsessed! The workouts are fun and challenging, and the vibe is so welcoming. Emily and Ryan are very motivating and are doing such a great job at keeping everyone engaged. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and energetic training environment!

I was introduced to F45 Point Cook by a friend late last year and I joined it Feb,2025 during the 45 days challenge. I would say that it was the best decision I made and thanks to Dharmendra for his advice. Ryan and Em are both amazing as coaches and humans. If you are looking to make some difference to your daily routine, F45 Point Cook is a great place to start.
