The concept is simple: our studios all over the world offer a 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout class for our studio members. We have developed 36 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. Our studios offer the same class at different times throughout the day. Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout. My girlfriend and I visited F45 Pinecrest this past week. We’ve been F45 a few times including London. We had Charlie as our instructor and he was by far the best coach we’ve ever had. Great energy and pushes you as far as you are comfortable with. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
Nice coaches and fellow members but unfortunately once I quit they continued charging my credit card for several months and then said on several occasions that they would refund the charges but never did. After several emails and multiple assurance that the charges would be refunded I finally gave up. I won't speculate whether they intentionally over charge members or whether they can't afford to refund the charges or they simply don't care.
