The F45 system is extremely organized and efficient, with screens showing how to do each exercise. The positive environment creates an enjoyable and motivational atmosphere. Other gyms should follow F45’s example of treating clients warmly (I.e customer service).
Just visited F45 Pinecrest and had an awesome experience! The trainers are super motivating and really take the time to connect with everyone. You can tell there’s a strong sense of community here, which makes working out even more enjoyable. The studio is spotless, well-organized, and has a great energy. Plus, the variety of workouts keeps things exciting and challenging. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!
Came in on passport, Charlie was amazing!!! Such high energy and he pushed me when needed! Music was highly recommend!!!

My girlfriend and I visited F45 Pinecrest this past week. We’ve been F45 a few times including London. We had Charlie as our instructor and he was by far the best coach we’ve ever had. Great energy and pushes you as far as you are comfortable with. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
