Joined F45 picton about a year ago now and absolutely love it! Since going everyone has made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The coaches are very down to earth and are willing to help you achieve any goals you have. Picton F45 has an amazing atmosphere which makes you feel very comfortable at any fitness level you’re at, and really pushes you to your full potential!
