My family and I traveled from out of town and wanted to try a class. I would recommend this location to anyone. The staff members were amazing and the class was so fun!

I started working out at F45 Training Niagara Falls two months ago, and it’s been such a great experience. From the very first day, Chico and Prince made the onboarding super easy and welcoming — really set the tone for what was to come. The vibe in the studio is always so positive and energetic. I’m extremely disappointed with F45’s handling of my subscription. I canceled their services, yet they continue to stress me with renewal reminders and charges. Despite multiple attempts to clarify that I no longer wish to be a member, there has been no resolution. This level of disregard for customer communication and consent is unacceptable. I expected better professionalism and transparency. I do not recommend their service based on this experience
I have worked out at f 45 for over a year and must say it has been such a great experience. They have a great community and are always working to make every class very fun and effective. I can’t say enough about the trainers, very positive and always looking to help with form and just pump you up! Would recommend to anyone, from beginners to people trying to bring their fitness to next level.
