I absolutely love F45, I have been training for almost a year and a half and loving my results. The trainers are, supportive and motivating especially if you attend a class lead by PRINCE he is hands down one of the best trainers, his classes are energetic, fun and he makes it a true joy to work out!! Chico and Kenny are truly great trainers as well as Kacey. As I longstanding member now I highly recommend F45 if you are looking for results and an amazing experience!!
I met coach Tara at work and after a few months of working with her I finally asked her was she was doing to be so fit! She brought me to my first F45 class and haven’t looked back since! Tara still pushes me on those days I’d rather stay in bed and her energy is truly contagious. If you’re looking for a fun, challenging way to work out come check it out!
Had the pleasure of dropping into F45 Niagara and I have to say, it’s hands down the best I’ve been to. I’ve visited a number of F45 gyms over the past couple of years, but Niagara takes the cake. It’s the largest and cleanest gym I’ve been to, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming. If you’re on the fence about checking it out, do it, you won’t be disappointed. Huge thanks to the Niagara team for an awesome experience!
F45 Niagara Falls has completely transformed how I feel about working out. What used to feel like a chore is now something I genuinely look forward to. I joined thinking I wouldn’t last more than a few weeks, and now I’m only a few classes away from reaching 250! The coaches are incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and motivating. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to begin my fitness journey. Highly recommend joining this branch!
