F45 is legit. Stephen is great to work with as he is encouraging and always positive. As a sports physical therapist, I can confidently say that the exercises that I’ve been exposed to thus far have been safe and effective for most people (there are always going to be outliers). It’s great that they encourage modifications in the event that someone is dealing with mild pains or injury. And for these individuals, go see your friendly neighborhood sports physio or osteopath! Keep up the solid work F45 💪
I’m from out of town but have done passport to visit a couple of times. Love this location, great coaches. I appreciate the towels too.
I was hesitant to use my f45 passport because im scared of new people/new places… but the two coaches here last Saturday were so welcoming! I actually liked it more than my home f45- if I ever move back to jacksonville ill be joining here!
Absolutely love this gym!! I've been going for about 2 years and have seen amazing results. The members are welcoming and encouraging. Great community and coaches!
