I’ve had an amazing experience at F45 Training Muncie! From day one, the owner Patrick and the entire coaching team have created such a welcoming and motivating environment. They are not only encouraging, but also very attentive—always making sure I’m performing each exercise with proper technique, which I truly appreciate. Like many, coming into the F45 training community i was extremely intimidated. Anxiety was high. It was such a small gym environment. In my mind all eyes were on me judging, but that couldn't be further from reality!!! The Coaches was so encouraging and and most importantly for me, they were personable and down to earth. I’ve really been enjoying my experience at F45 Training in Muncie, IN so far. This gym has such a positive and motivating atmosphere, and the trainers are all super nice, friendly, and attentive—they make sure you’re doing everything correctly and push you in a positive way, almost like personal training. The energy is always high, and I leave every session feeling accomplished. It’s definitely one of the best group fitness experiences I’ve had.
