Before starting here almost two years ago, I had such a hard time sticking to a workout routine. This gym completely changed that for me. The trainers, the energy, the community, and the convenience of walking in knowing you’ll get an efficient workout that truly challenges you made all the difference. I’m in the best shape I’ve literally ever been in and this is the only workout I do! The new location is also so nice and spacious, it just adds to the overall experience. I can’t recommend this gym enough!
This is the best F45 gym I've been to! They prioritize cleanliness, offer an array of services, and have trainers that truly care about their members. The addition of the cold plunge/sauna/recovery workouts is also amazing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home gym- you won't regret it!
I've been looking for a workout + environment that would keep me motivated after having kids and a long hiatus from exercising. The coaches, variety in workouts, music and fellow F45ers have been so encouraging that I've actually been able to sustain and look forward to my workouts. I highly recommend you try it to see for yourself it is for you.
I love F45 and their classes so much! I was always treated with kindness every step of the way. The staff is caring, quick to respond and goes out of their way to make your experience a good one. Highly recommend this studio to anyone and everyone!
