I've been looking for a workout + environment that would keep me motivated after having kids and a long hiatus from exercising. The coaches, variety in workouts, music and fellow F45ers have been so encouraging that I've actually been able to sustain and look forward to my workouts. I highly recommend you try it to see for yourself it is for you.
I love F45 and their classes so much! I was always treated with kindness every step of the way. The staff is caring, quick to respond and goes out of their way to make your experience a good one. Highly recommend this studio to anyone and everyone!

The F45 in Marina del Rey is amazing! I lost my house, along with everything, in the CA fires. I moved briefly to MDR. When I went into F45 to see about short-term membership, they immediately gave me a complimentary month. And a huge hug, too! They were all so kind and they made the disaster a little bit better. Cat, the manager, and the whole F45 family were so caring. The members even gathered workout clothes, shoes and sports bottles for me as I lost them all! I had a great class experience with coach Joe K, and coach Joe R! The place was nice and clean. The club manager Catalina was very polite and helpful she went above and beyond to help me. I strongly recommend.
