I started my membership with a 10 class pass program and I will definitely be renewing soon. The classes are fast paced with little transition time between exercises which allows for an efficient workout — definitely making the most of the time. The coaches are all very nice too and help make sure your form is correct.
Needed to find a gym that made me excited to wake up at 5 am and get back into a workout routine. I found both at F45. Workouts are tough, but quick and the environment is motivating. Denise is a great coach and I look forward to meeting more of the team as I progress here at F45Madison!

I love these classes never done anything like this before. Every time I come here I feel so rejuvenated and motivated afterwards. The trainers are the best, they guide you every step of the way and if you're not doing it correctly, they advise you on how to do it. They even modify if needed. Best gym in MADISON thank you.
