Love it here! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciate the variation of workouts and types of exercises. If you're looking for a new challenge or just a good workout this is the spot!
F45 is a 10/10 workout experience. I did F45 when I lived in Edmonton and was beyond excited to find out it was on the island now too. The trainers, the atmosphere and the fact that you get a sweaty and intense workout everytime are just some of the reasons I keep coming back.
The space is clean, music is always upbeat and the staff are great. Love this gym, awesome vibes!
