F45 is beyond amazing. Love the downtown location. I’ve been almost everyday since becoming a new member. It’s challenged me and reignited my love for working out. I’ve been loving workouts at F45 — great workouts that push you without being overwhelming. The coaches are super motivating and helpful with form. Definitely one of the most consistent and enjoyable ways I’ve trained in a while!
F45 is one of the best gyms I’ve ever experienced! It offers great circuit training workouts with lots of variety. The instructors are all fantastic and do a great job at making the workout both fun and challenging. Highly recommend to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level!
