Love this F45 studio! Just started going in the last couple weeks and it has been an encouraging and motivating environment to work towards my fitness goals! Also love that I can go home and use the passport feature to workout with my sister in IL. Overall, a great experience so far!

A friend and I did welcome week here and really enjoyed it! Great atmosphere and loved the workouts. We preferred the strength days over cardio days. I did wish there were little wipes available. We had Abby and Kelly as instructors and they were both super helpful and patient. Definitely recommend!
I attended all of welcome week at F45 after my gym recently shut down and I loved the workouts and all of the coaches! Everyone here is very inviting and you can tell this place has a great community. I am excited to join and be a part of the culture here! The workouts are quick but really effective.
