The coaches at F45 will do everything to motivate you and accommodate you. They coached me throughout my entire pregnancy and guided me through any modifications needed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the workouts will kick your butt!
I have been a consistent member of F45 in Hudson since they opened about 4 or so years ago and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon! All of the coaches and members in Hudson constantly make you feel welcome and supported! I truly couldn’t ask for a better fitness community. I struggled for many years self training at your average gym and I truly believe I get my best workout and results through F45!
