A bit overcrowded. Variety of exercise but not the top notch gyms I’m use to. Been to other f45 and this isn’t the best. Mostly pre-senior citizens. Not too much younger middle aged or even younger adults here when I was going.
F45 Elkhorn is fantastic!! Visiting Omaha and took a 5am class on July 4th with Gustavo. Love that they had such an early class on the holiday. The facility is HUGE! Such nice bathrooms and lockers, and the actual studio is so large, clean and well equipped - I could really spread out and there were ample weight options set up. Gustavo was very helpful, provided some knowledgeable form notes & corrections, which I so welcomed. Great workout, will be back!
Great place to workout. Great trainers and crowd to make you push yourself. Clean facility. New and different workouts to get the maximum effort out of you.
