The workouts are challenging and intentional, the coaches take real pride in helping members reach their goals, and the community that shows up each day is amazing. The members make this place special their energy, dedication, and kindness create the kind of environment people genuinely want to be part of!
A bit overcrowded. Variety of exercise but not the top notch gyms I’m use to. Been to other f45 and this isn’t the best. Mostly pre-senior citizens. Not too much younger middle aged or even younger adults here when I was going.
F45 Elkhorn is fantastic!! Visiting Omaha and took a 5am class on July 4th with Gustavo. Love that they had such an early class on the holiday. The facility is HUGE! Such nice bathrooms and lockers, and the actual studio is so large, clean and well equipped - I could really spread out and there were ample weight options set up. Gustavo was very helpful, provided some knowledgeable form notes & corrections, which I so welcomed. Great workout, will be back!
