I am pleased to see that I gave a five star rating a year ago and I am happy to report my love for this community has only grown. Ive attended close to 900 classes! My mental and physical health are vitally important to me. The friends I have made here since their opening have only enriched the amount of success I have found in my fitness journey. From my very first class, I felt welcomed at F45. The coaches are amazing and the energy is always positive. The sessions are well organized, challenging, but fun. I am glad I joined and would recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive fitness community.
