There is convenient parking below the gym And the Bryant Street market is right across the street if you need to grab a bite after class.
Best coaches! All the trainers really take the time to make sure your form is correct—and they push you to challenge yourself. The F45 program is both challenging and fun; it sort of feels like an obstacle course which is a very helpful distraction 😅. The Edgewood community is so great.
3 years and almost 700 classes and I still love it. The coaches and community here are awesome. Everyone is supportive and meets you where you are with your fitness journey. The studio also coordinates fun events outside of class too to build more community. Would definitely recommend
I’ve tried multiple F45s all over the country and this is by far my favorite gym. Coaches here create a really inclusive environment for all levels of fitness. I do the unlimited gym pass and knockout 3 to 5 classes a week. One of the only HIT gym programs that I see immediate results and constant motivation from the team here10 out of 10
