Love the community feel of this gym! The coaches and members are super friendly and supportive. And the classes are challenging and the music is great!
If you are thinking about trying F45. Do it! And go to this studio. They truly welcome people at every fitness level - there are beginners and beasts working out side by side. The coaches are amazing and really work with you to personalize each class. I started with some injuries that they helped me work through and I’ve gotten so much stronger. Definitely give it a try!
Recently started taking classes at F45 Edgewood DC and couldn’t recommend it more! The coaches are all welcoming, helpful, and motivating, and they create such a positive and high-energy environment. The other people in class are also friendly and encouraging. I always leave class sweaty and proud of what my body can do. Definitely recommend taking classes here!
Excellent training studio with all the qualities that you want: knowledgeable trainers, good atmosphere, motivating people, and a welcoming vibe. I loved the class pack I used here and recommend F45, but particularly the staff.
