F45 Victoria is an absolute blast! I joined 5 months ago, and have seen some great results. The community is super welcoming, the coaches are so very helpful, encouraging and fun, and the classes are hard but adaptable to different levels, and doable for all. Every day is different and everything is set up for you and explained/modelled clearly. It’s fantastic!! 🤩
Amazing place to workout with a community of great people. The training team is the best. Jaxson and Laux push at it.
Great group fitness classes! Clean and well kept gym. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Variety of times to meet your schedule. Highly recommend from beginners to all fitness levels.
Just finished a Wednesday morning workout with the Dream Team that is Jaxon and Tanya and felt inspired to share because they are awesome! They always share great tips and techniques to help improve form and build strength, and they know exactly how to keep everyone motivated. Their energy is contagious, the playlists are always on point, and every class is challenging, fun, and rewarding. I've been coming to this location for six months now, and I'm hooked.
I've been to many F45 locations across Canada, and this location is most definitely the best it terms of vibe, and staff. Highly recommend!
