Just finished a Wednesday morning workout with the Dream Team that is Jaxon and Tanya and felt inspired to share because they are awesome! They always share great tips and techniques to help improve form and build strength, and they know exactly how to keep everyone motivated. Their energy is contagious, the playlists are always on point, and every class is challenging, fun, and rewarding. I've been coming to this location for six months now, and I'm hooked.
I've been to many F45 locations across Canada, and this location is most definitely the best it terms of vibe, and staff. Highly recommend!
I've been going to F45 for 4 years. Always paid 65 a week after tax. Moved to Victoria and the best I could get for what I was offered elsewhere is 81 a week for 3 month contracts. $81 a week or I haverto sign up for 12 month contracts. I go overseas every year for 3 months. I thinkj this is a dissapopinting offer compated to every other F45 I have ever been to. Have completely lost loyalty to the brand. An insitence on me signing a 12 motnh contract which makes me liable financially. No loyalty whatsoever. ...... Sorry Angu... read more
