The downtown f45 team jump started my fitness journey over 3 years ago. I am and will be forever grateful to Angus, Julie, the trainers and the whole f45 family. You helped build my confidence, pushed me when you knew I had more gas in the tank and were often the best part of my day. I love the access to clean showers after a sweaty cardio day and the treats after class on Friday nights. You guys have truly created such a special place.
Amazing facility
I am visiting from out of town and decided to look for some familiarity and try this F45 gym (I’m a member in Australia). I have so many amazing things to say about this gym! It’s incredibly clean with towels being supplied and obvious care taken of the equipment and facility. The staff are so friendly and welcoming effortlessly showing that they know their stuff.
