Supportive coaches and an motivating atmosphere
I started about a month ago with my friend as we both live close by and it has become a great way to start my morning before work. I enjoy the fact that it’s just under an hour and includes great music to get my day started. I also really appreciate some of the staff who take the time to correct my form to ensure I don’t get hurt. Booking the classes via the app are easy. My only recommendation is that the blue turf is due for an upgrade 😀.
This F45 Training studio is clean, well-organized, and has a great energetic vibe. 💪 Friendly coaches and a motivating atmosphere make it a great place to work out! 🔥
