I have been going there for over 2 years now and let me say…. Best exercise combo! It has shaped my body even after 50! The staff is amazing and the owners are accommodating!!!

As a personal trainer, I’ve tried more gyms in the Kitchener -Waterloo area than I’d like to admit. 😅 So trust me when I say I’m not easily impressed. When I signed up for my first HYROX Toronto, I knew I needed coaches who actually knew what they were doing (and who would politely tell me when my form needed work 😂). F45 Doon has been exactly that and so much more. This community/gym is one of a kind. It’s like a big family that constantly shows up. So much support and love, from top to bottom. It’s made the biggest impact on my life. Would highly recommend.
