Love F45 Doon! Every workout absolutely kicks my butt!! I always leave feeling like I actually worked for it. The workouts are challenging and never boring. Definitely the best way to get a good sweat in and push yourself harder than you thought you could! 🔥
Joining this gym has literally changed my life.
