Been a member for over half a year now. The classes are excellent, the facility is neat and tidy. The instructors are extremely qualified and motivate you to perform to the best of your ability. This particular location hosts a lot of extra events that make the culture of the gym fun and inclusive. The Hyrox training classes are also extremely helpful! Highly recommend the Doon location.
The instructors and community here are unbeatable! I’m so grateful to have discovered this gym through the amazing Halfrox event they hosted. There are plenty of opportunities to experience different workout styles and stay engaged.
F45 is honestly the best gym! The coaches are amazing – super supportive, motivating, and they really pay attention to each person. The studio is always very neat and clean, which makes the workouts even more enjoyable. The sessions are fun, challenging, and suitable for every age group and fitness level. I joined F45 in April and just completed my 100th class today! The coaches here are absolutely amazing — supportive, motivating, and always pushing you to do your best. The energy and vibe in every session are incredible, making workouts something I truly look forward to. Had a trial to this location and from the sign up, to getting in the gym everyone was very accommodating. Coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and the gym has an overall great atmosphere!
