Amazing gym, coaches are great, highly recommend!
I am usually not a gym person, but F45 it’s a completely different game. I’ve never work out like this before. Now I’m totally into functional training. Everyday I look forward to go training. All the coaches and staff members are excellent.

It’s been 4 years since I’ve worked out at a gym. F45 Delray Beach has been great. I have bad knees; they are quick with modifications. Since starting in February I’ve dropped 4% body fat and gained significant muscle mass. 💪🏼
