I can’t say enough about this place called the F45 Dartmouth, I’ve been at this studio for a year and some , I’m 65 and getting better with strength and endurance, I’ve been diagnosed with osteoporosis and getting better with it my doctor said what ever I’m doing keep doing who ever thought at my age I’d be going to a gym , in my past I’ve done a lot of gyms and this one believe me it has help me tremendously, it’s not like your normal weight gym it’s different from any , every day has its challenges, one is just to go and g... read more
