The coaches here are super nice and helpful - they know how to push you without breaking you. Facilities are clean and classes rotate frequently so that you’re never bored.
This place is awesome. The classes are challenging, but also accessible. The coaches are knowledgeable and bring great energy. Even when the classes are bigger, they will always make sure you feel seen and will fix your form if you are doing something weird. I especially appreciate coaches Kelsey and Jess, who are especially motivating and attentive. For a place that makes you sweat so much, it's extremely clean. I am beyond excited to be a part of the F45 community. Looking back, this was actually the first-ever workout format I tried, and I fell in love with it instantly. I’ve been coming here for about a year now and it’s been a great experience. The strength training classes are my favorite—well-structured and always challenging. The trainers are friendly, supportive, and really know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!
