This is an all around great gym. The atmosphere is so welcoming, the trainers are knowledgeable and really there to help with form, nutrition, tips, etc. The gym itself is always clean and ready for your workout as soon as you walk in. I recommend giving F45 Country Walk a try… you will get hooked! Update: Made 500 classes and still going strong!! Make time for yourself and check this gym out!!

F45 Functional Training Country Walk has been an incredible experience over the past two years for me. I am thankful to Andres, Mike and Issac who have been wonderful coaches through out my time at F45. They have been kind, supportive, always encouraging while making workouts fun and engaging. The variety of classes kept things fresh, and the community atmosphere made it easy to stay motivated. Will miss this place and community. High paced, efficient and engaging workout. The class goes by so fast and you are having so much fun whole working out. The coaches are well trained and make accommodations as needed. Mike, the head coach, is amazing. Signup was a breeze too! Highly recommend if you are tired of the same, mundane type of workout - this is definitely not that.
