I train with Coach Gabriela at F45. She’s very attentive to detail and always makes sure my form is correct, which helps me feel safe pushing myself during the workouts. I really appreciate that focus and care in class!
I really enjoy coming here. They have different classes every week which keeps things fun. They’re short classes (less than an hour) but challenging. Coach Shawn is great, always makes sure form is correct, gives alternatives to exercises and when necessary pushes you to challenge yourself!
F45 Coral Way is absolutely amazing! The energy in every class is unmatched; the workouts are challenging, fun, and always different. The community here is super supportive and motivating. Coach Shawn is phenomenal; he really pushes you to do your best while keeping great form and making sure everyone feels welcome. If you’re looking for a place to get stronger, stay consistent, and actually enjoy your workouts, this is it!
Jorge is incredibly friendly and motivating. He clearly explains each exercise and offers helpful feedback on posture when needed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Coach Jorge.
Gabriela is always helpful and friendly. I truly enjoy taking her 5:30 am class. She is always bright spirited and takes the time to correct me when I am doing the exercise wrong so that I avoid injuries. She also knows how to pick the music that just motivates you to push harder.
