I love the workouts here - they are efficient, effective, and varied (don’t get bored with the same thing!). More importantly, I keep coming back because of the passionate instructors and the friendly community vibe. It’s welcoming to all levels and not intimidating! The instructors are great at ensuring good form while pushing me to be stronger!

Pros- Relatively difficult class, nice people, and instructor. Cons- no locker room/showers. Though the instructor was super nice they aren’t doing much in terms of ensuring people are using correct form, etc. As a first timer there was no way I was doing each move correctly. The class could basically be led by the videos on the wall (which is maybe what you get with a corporate studio).

There’s a reason this location has 5⭐️’s! I came to F45 Columbia Heights as someone who dreaded working out, and yet this studio very quickly became one of my favorite parts of living in DC. The coaching team here is knowledgeable, inviting, encouraging, and goes above and beyond to care for and provide their members a positive experience.
