Staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and always made sure I was doing each exercise with the correct form.
I joined F45 about a year ago looking to improve my general fitness, and it has been an amazing experience from start to finish. The F45 workout in general is great. Solid balance of consistency with variety. Works out a lot of the muscle groups you don’t know about (me) or don’t want to work out (me). Even better are the coaches at this particular location. For the past two years they’ve consistently recruited the type of people that always make you feel welcome and help you meet your fitness goals. Vinny and Rachel were very warm and welcoming!! Worked with me with modifications that I needed. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend coming to F45 Training Center City if you are looking to start working on some health goals!!! The tv screens have the movements on them in case you forget what you’re supposed to do at each station and the music played is very motivating. Cannot recommend this gym enough!!!
