The coaches are knowledgeable, motivational, and encouraging. Classes are always different, so you don't get bored. Early morning class offerings are great to have.
F45 Broad Ripple is great for a structured workout with others. You can choose from their cardio, resistance/weightlifting/hybrid days with the workout that works best for you. They offer 6 different class times during the week and 1-2 during the weekend, so you’re able to choose what’s best for you. My favorite place to get a workout in! The staff is helpful and the people are very welcoming.
We love this location of f45! The coaches are encouraging and it feels like a true community. We appreciate that most coaches know our names, the studio is always clean and everyone is so friendly.
