I’ve been to many F45 studios across the U.S. and internationally, and the Brickell location is by far my favorite. The space is well-designed, clean, and never feels overcrowded — which makes every workout more enjoyable. The coaching team here is outstanding. Coach Mike brings great energy and expertise, Coach Danny is always helping me improve my form, and Coach George always pushes me to challenge myself and lift heavier. In love with this place! I had my first workout in Michael’s class today, and he was amazing. Extremely helpful with my form as I had spinal surgery a couple of years ago, and am super nervous to do anything but Pilates. I highly recommend this place, Michael, and the good feels post class!
