I have been to I believe 6 different f45’s and this one is definitely my favorite one. In terms of the coaches they have all the support and kindness for their clients. The community here is very nice and I definitely feel at home in terms of feeling comfortable working out and chatting with others no matter if I know them or not. Everyone is generally there to support each other no matter what level you are at. Overall, best workouts ever and keeps me in shape. Made love for f45 Bala Cynwyd.
I joined F45 in October 2025 and I have never worked out as frequently and consistently every week as I have them since joining them. Working out no longer feels like a chore or a task but it’s fun. I’ve learned proper form. The coaches are very nice and attentive and no class ever feels the same. The coaches motivate you and they also know when you’ve reached your limit. The playlists are always fire, sometimes it’s hard to focus on the work out because I wanna dance 😂 . 10/10 Highly recommend.
Update: A year later, still loving F45 Bala Cynwyd. The coaches and the F45 community have helped me be consistent in my fitness journey. The coaches do a great job motivating me and correcting my form during the workouts. The F45 community at this location is the best! —————————— Awesome gym. The trainers are very helpful and encouraging. The members are welcoming. I love the community atmosphere at this gym.
Update: Here we are a year later! I'm in the best shape I've ever been and taking back control of my health. Thank you F45 studio coaches and the F45 community for creating the environment that gave me the opportunity and the drive to exercise and eat efficiently.
