I love this gym! The small group training is perfect, and the coaches are so supportive. A special shout-out to coach Juspin who always encourages me and helps me with my form. It feels like family here the community is so welcoming and motivating. Truly an awesome place to workout.

I have had the best workouts at F45 Bala Cynwyd. Every class has new and challenging elements. Being able to push and test my limits is what brings me to their classes week after week. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful and answered every question and concern. The classes are also a lot of fun and the members are very friendly and supportive. A big "Thank You" to everyone at F45 Bala Cynwyd for supporting this community!
