Completed Hyrox simulation there today. Highly organized, owners on-site participating and supporting. Beautiful community with healthy and positive vibes running throughout the place. Piper and Pip are wonderful facilitators and always there to support and encourage. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love training at F45 Aurora! The energy here is amazing, the workouts are always fun yet challenging, and every class pushes me to be stronger. The coaches are super motivating, supportive, and really take the time to guide you with proper form. I always leave class feeling energized, accomplished, and excited to come back. Highly recommend F45 Aurora to anyone looking for an incredible workout and an amazing team!
Great gym! I've been using it to train for HYROX, and it's been a huge help. The 12-week program is really well thought out — I appreciate the level of detail that goes into it. Highly recommend!
