I can't say enough great things about F45 Aurora! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the incredible trainers and the supportive community. The workouts are intense but so rewarding, and the variety keeps things fresh—no two classes feel the same! The energy in the studio is contagious, and the motivation from both the coaches and fellow members pushes me to give my best every session. I’m fairly new to working out, so trying F45 for the first time felt a little intimidating, but from the moment I stepped into this studio, they made me feel completely welcome and comfortable. I booked through ClassPass and ended up buying a pack of classes since I was in Canada for a few weeks. I did the 14 day trial and really enjoyed the classes! The coaches are all super nice and always ensure your form is on point. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to reach their fitness goals.
I’m on my 3rd week and have really been loving the atmosphere, trainers and overall experience at F45. As a busy mom, it is definitely worth it to come and follow a specific program that you can scale up or down depending on your fitness level. Due to previous injuries, the coaches are always very helpful to help me modify experiences for my abilities. Looking forward to continuing!
