The F45 Airdrie location has a great atmosphere, all the coaches are amazing and so helpful. I was a little hesitant at first, but I love it. Glad I joined the Team!
I am a 65 year old male and my wife is 60. The program is excellent providing a combination of strength and cardio training. The system is geared to any age and ability and moves you along in a reasonable progression. The trainers are knowledgeable and engaged throughout the workout. I recommend taking advantage of their introductory training option.
I haven’t worked out for years but when I started F45, it really gave me positive energy. The trainers are great, friendly, very supportive and experienced. The energetic atmosphere encourages me a lot and I really love going there.
F45 Airdrie is an amazing place and if you're looking for something other than the standard gym experience, this is the place! Great atmosphere, all the coaches are amazing and so helpful. I was a little hesitant at first, but I love it. Glad I joined the Team!
