This is the best gym .highly recommended.
Great place for group workouts without wasting time. All employees are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Tye, Bev, Trevor & rest pay attention on your posture correction and technique. Not to forget their playlists are very motivating. Thank you guys
I’ve always been the type of person to have a gym membership and go without knowing what to do, just wasting my time. F45 Gym has completely changed that. In just 45 minutes a day, you get an amazing, full workout. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they guide you through every exercise. I highly recommend it!
