Excellent facilities and staff!
I started at F3 about 5 months ago after being away from the gym for a few years and feeling achy all over. Robert has a great program that is convenient and easy for me to commit to. The aches and pains started to go away with the regular exercise and I am seeing and feeling the positive changes.
