I’ve been an F3 member for nearly 3 years and I can say without hesitation that it is the best fitness club I have ever belonged to. The workouts vary constantly so you never get bored doing the same routine over and over again. The coaches and my fellow members make this place what it is. Our coaches are extremely talented and excel at helping a crazy variety of people reach their fitness goals.
