After working in the marina and yacht club industry for many decades I have to say I have never witnessed such poor people skills, dreadful customer service and absolute lack of anything resembling quality management and maintenance as I have witnessed at the F3 battery Park in Sandusky Ohio, it is shameful at best.
F3 recently took over management of our marina at Battery Park in Sandusky, OH and they have been the absolute WORST management company ever! The bathrooms aren't cleaned regularly. There is hair on the shower walls and floors that has been there all year. The 'sanitary items' disposal bins in the women's bathrooms are always FULL with used sanitary items.
