Love this Salon!! – I have nothing but good things to say about this salon! It is very clean, everyone is very nice, and it is in the perfect location! It is always relaxing to get pampered here!
Great Salon! – I have gone to FX U since my Nail Technician Diana Ng moved there a couple years ago. I like the way the stations have plenty of room and you're not on top of the other customers. There's not a better person in the business than Diana. I have gone to her for 13 years, after unsuccessfully going through 3 other technicians who couldn't keep my acrylics on. Give her a try - you won't be disappointed!
My one-stop-shop – I saw a customers nails and asked where she got them done... I'm very picky, but these nails were perfect. She said FX You on Durango, very close to where I work. I called to make an appointment to find out the woman who did my friends nails was the owner. Busy as Im sure she was, she made room for me and I had an reservation with a day. Atmosphere is so nice.. customer service is great! – This salon is one of the best local, off the strip salons I have been to, and I've been to quite a few. I recommend it highly to anyone who is looking for a great place to get everything done. Massage and facials are my favorite.. Ahhhhhhh :) Thank you so much FX for a relaxing and wonderful day at the spaaahhhhh.
I love this place!!! – I feel so comfortable at FX You Salon and Spa. My clients have been having a fabulous time planning their days at the Spa for various treatments. Since some of the staff is INDEPENDENT of the facility, its hard to know who to ask questions of specific services because everyone has their own sense of style. I think that is my favorite part. Nothing to brag about – I've seen better.
bad haircut and highlights – I went to this salon after reading reviews. I had long layered hair with sublte highlights. I went in for a trim and a touch up. Sharon ruined my hair. She overbleached my hair - Michelle who fixed the mess said the color had run and was a terrirble job. Then the cut Sharon gave me was just awful She literally combed my hair up and cut straight across. Michelle had to razor cut it to blend in wth the rest of my hair. RUN FROM THIS SALON !!!!!!!!! – Me and my wife use to visit this salon until they ruined my wifes hair her hair is now greenish gray and they did not offer to correct the problem,Also the owner is the rudest woman I have meet.She only cares about money and not service .Please run unless you want to be treated rudely and have your hair destroyed .iMy wife has went to the state board . I don't quite understand. I am truly sorry for the miss communitcation. You claimed that you hated your hair, yet you stayed long enough to let them try to match your make up. Interesting. If one service was bad why stay for another?
to our only bad review – In response to Larry and his wife Sherry, When Sherry first came into our Salon she had three consultations (none of which Larry had ever been to) for her hair service and three free make-up matching, we were more than helpful to her. During the consultation she commented that she was unhappy before the service even started. The hair stylist called me at home before the service started and thought that Sherry would say something about it, I told her to go ahead and do the service. She felt compatible... read more
