My wife went there and All 10 Nails became covered in green bacteria! Disgusting. Now she's being treated to clear the bacteria before being able to have her nails prepped again, but Not at FX. We'll Never go back!

I usually LOVE coming here - I got my nails done yesterday (2/19/20) and less than a day later two nails are chipped and falling off. I have a wedding tomorrow (2/21/20) and went in on 2/20/20 on my way home to ask them to fix it real quick was told “long wait come back another time” after coming here for so many years & paying almost ONE HUNDRED dollars I would hope they would be able to fit me in really quick to fix a nail that could have been avoided if done correctly yesterday. Very upset.
One of the most unprofessional nails salons I’ve been to in awhile. Got my nails done (gel) and two days later 4 nails chipped. She gave me the hardest time to fix them and was talking crap to me the whole time. Never going back. Horrible quality and service!
This salon is lovely. And so convenient The staff is super nice and always extra helpful on making color suggestions and the like. I have also had the best dip powder nails ever, and the pedis are always top notch. I have had several really quick, and (mostly) painless eyebrow and lip waxes. I cannot more highly recommend!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE! This is the disgusting text message I receive from the owner Sara after the first time I ever miss an appointment with her! I’ve been to her salon for a year consistently and have had issues with how long I wait with having made an appointment a head of time. I had to wait over an hour on more than one occasion for her to do my nails and tried to be as polite and understanding. I’ve always been respectful and spoke highly of her. Worst place ever! The lady at seat 1 is the rudest person ever. The nail salon let someone else take my seat while I was being called to get my eyebrows done. When I mentioned it seat number 1 said "so" and shrugged her shoulders and said I shouldn't have gotten my brows done.
