7/14/26 Had someone from their company out because a shower handle was no longer turning all the way on & therefore wasn’t getting hot. He opened it up & made an adjustment. It took less than 30 minutes. I was charged $180 which I was told was the minimum for coming out. The handle still doesn’t turn all the way & the water isn’t hot. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.
After speaking with Mike of my water heater problem, he had his team out to replace with a new one within a couple of hours. Ben and Tyler upon arrival were professional and finished the job quickly. Would highly recommend company!
Doug the plumber and his apprentice were courteous. Doug gave me good advice and I accepted his recommendation. He fixed my issue and his assistant cleaned up after him. Overall a quality job.
Love this company!
