I called and they set me an appointment 2 weeks out for a heat issue. The day before I called and confirmed they were coming. Two pm on the day they were supposed to show up I called again. They told me that the big boss said I was too far and did not want to mess with it. This is completely unprofessional! All they had to do was say no. It is supposed to be 11 degrees this weekend. Do not get left in the cold by depending on these people.

Wow, great service! I had an issue on Saturday afternoon. Forecast said 90+ the next day. I called multiple places, and no one wanted to come out even with an expected increased emergency rate. F&S answered the phone very professionally and said they could have someone out same day. I got a call back minutes later to set it up and he was at my house within the hour. Fix was quick and engineer was very respectful. I strongly encourage using F&S for your HVAC repairs.

I was NOT satisfied with F & S Master Air. Jason was not professional when small issues arose and he tried to overcharge me $1,000 for a larger AC system that they never installed. I stood my ground and told him I wouldn't pay that extra $1k and he threatened to take me to court. I then took pictures and provided him copies of their own documents proving they didn't actually install the system he claimed they installed. We went from an outdated heat pump to a new pump with backup propane. F & S was very professional and friendly. We called Jason and they were at our house within a couple of hours. They got the job done quickly and got our house warm again in no time with their top quality Rheem products. Anytime I have called with questions about the unit they installed, they have either came out and personally tended to it or walked me through any troubleshooting I have had over the phone. It's been over 10 years since F&S installed a new HVAC system in my home. I'm talking about replacing old ductwork, additional return air vents, thermostat, etc. I may not be describing everything accurately but a whole new system was installed. There have been a few minor things to attend to over the years but I cannot stress enough how much confidence I have in these folks.
