Sylvia was super responsive and patient with my numerous inquiries for a special arrangement for my sil’s memorial service. The Spray turned out even better than the picture I had sent her. It was gorgeous, and well exceeded my expectations! The flowers also lasted days after the service. Sylvia was also fair and honest. I decided on a less expensive arrangement which I preferred, after I had agreed on how much to spend initially. Before delivering the flowers I ordered, Silvia texted me to ask if a nicer, purple vase could be substituted at no additional cost for the clear glass one typically used for the arrangement. Furthermore, she texted me a picture of the flowers and chocolate delivered to my aunt on the day requested. And finally, I was very happy to see that a name brand chocolate was delivered, rather than a generic brand. Excellent service and I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you!
