Before delivering the flowers I ordered, Silvia texted me to ask if a nicer, purple vase could be substituted at no additional cost for the clear glass one typically used for the arrangement. Furthermore, she texted me a picture of the flowers and chocolate delivered to my aunt on the day requested. And finally, I was very happy to see that a name brand chocolate was delivered, rather than a generic brand. Excellent service and I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you!

Silvia truly stands out! I reached out to her on Saturday, March 1,2025 at 9:38 am, and she quickly responded to my message. I explained that I needed a funeral spray delivered by 1:00 and requested the colors to match "Ole Miss. " She worked her magic and sent me a photo of the stunning arrangement at the church by 11:48, just two hours and ten minutes later. Again, this was on a Saturday. The flowers were gorgeous and perfect for the church. Incredible service! Thank you, Silvia!
